What this site records

Learn AI does not set cookies or run analytics, advertising or other third-party scripts. Every file a page uses comes from the site’s own address, and the site does not offer accounts or sign-ups.

What the host records

Vercel hosts the site and logs each request it serves: the page asked for, the time, the details a browser gives about itself and the internet protocol (IP) address the request came from, which Vercel holds and the site does not see. On the plan the site uses, Vercel keeps those logs for one day, as its documentation on runtime logs sets out.

Progress kept in a reader’s browser

Progress tracking stays off until a reader switches on “Track my progress on this device”, on the library page or at the end of a module. With tracking on, the reader’s browser keeps a short record of the modules opened, the quiz questions answered correctly and the last module opened, in its local storage under the name learnai.progress.v1. The record stays in that browser, and the site does not receive it.

To delete the record, choose “Clear my progress”, which also switches tracking off; clearing the browser’s data for this site deletes it as well.
